Silvaco Group

Silvaco was founded in 1984 by Dr Ivan Pesic and began with software for semiconductor modelling and parameter extraction. The company introduced tools such as Utmost and SmartSpice, expanded into technology computer-aided design, electronic design automation and semiconductor intellectual property, and became a public company in 2024.
