From its origins to molecular beam epitaxy equipment: the Riber S.A. story
Riber was created in France in 1964 and initially developed expertise in ultra-high-vacuum technology. Its move into molecular beam epitaxy began in the 1970s, and by 1978 it had introduced an early turnkey MBE system. It later developed research and production equipment used to grow compound-semiconductor structures.
