JD Health

JD Health grew out of the healthcare activities of Chinese e-commerce group JD.com, combining online pharmacy retail with digital health services before being reorganised into a dedicated healthcare subsidiary. The early model used JD.com’s logistics and commerce infrastructure to sell medicines and health products online while gradually adding consultations and other healthcare services.
