CISO Global history: an acquisition-built cyber consultancy shifts toward software
The business now called CISO Global was assembled under the Cerberus Cyber Sentinel name from 2019 onward through a strategy of acquiring cybersecurity services and technology companies. The public company later expanded its portfolio and formally changed its name to CISO Global in April 2023, retaining a focus on security services, compliance and proprietary technology.
