Giuseppe Crippa began experimenting with semiconductor probe technology with his son Cristiano in the late 1980s, and the family business took shape in the garage and attic of their home near Milan in 1993 before formal establishment in the mid-1990s.
Technoprobe focused on probe cards and probe heads that make temporary electrical contact with semiconductor wafers during testing.
