LG CNS: the history behind enterprise IT and cloud services
LG CNS was established in January 1987 as Systems Technology Management Corporation, a joint venture involving Korea’s Lucky-Goldstar group and Electronic Data Systems.
How LG CNS developed
It grew from systems integration into outsourcing, enterprise applications, smart infrastructure, cloud, data and AI services and later adopted the LG CNS name. The company listed publicly in South Korea in February 2025.

By 2026, LG CNS provided enterprise digital-transformation services across cloud infrastructure, AI, data, logistics and smart-factory systems.
