WISeKey International history: origins, pivots and the move into digital identity and secure semiconductors
WISeKey’s current Swiss holding company was formed in 2015 around security and digital-identity businesses with older operating roots. The group listed in Switzerland in 2016, later added Nasdaq-traded depositary shares and combined identity, public-key infrastructure, IoT security and secure-semiconductor capabilities.
